Our GWS-tooling systems enable you to minimize unproductive tool-related machine downtimes in clearly defined processing steps.

While the machine is busy with producing new parts, the tools for the follow-up part of the next order are prepared, the tool holder and cutting tools are assembled and preset by means of the presetting device according to the tool adjustment plan. The preset tools are now ready for the follow-up.

The procedure:

1. During ongoing production the follow-up order is being completely prepared.

2. All necessary GWS tool holders and cutting tools are provided.  

3. The tools for the follow-up part are preset according to adjustment plan.

4. The preset tool set for the follow-up order is ready.
